Meeting called to order at 6:05 by Kristen Boyd, PTO President

Previous month meeting minutes approved.

Principal’s Report – Cheryl Bromich

-Kinder Round Up was a success approx..65 families attended

-Read Across America

-Thing 1 Thing 2 Cat In the Hat

-Spring Break Preparation

-AIMS testing after break

-AIMS Dance party

Treasurer’s Report – Jessy Wallace

-Total equity 26,000

-Basket Auction approx. $3000.00

-Read A Thon packets went out this week

New Business

-Hull will be in need of new Yearbook Coordinator and Art Masterpiece Coordinator.

-Next Meeting will be last meeting for this school year.  We will be hosting Executive Board Elections.

-Mrs. Bromich and Mrs. Dillingham are requesting funds for furniture for a conference room at Hull.

-Mrs. Bromich asking for support to fund materials needed for New Intervention Program.

-Basha Pool Back to School Bash , it was approved to spend the money to rent pool aiming for July 26^th     to welcome school families and staff back in 2014.

-Motion made to approve loan for $1000.00 to CSB start up fund.

-Welcomed Mike Farfalla, Albertson’s Store Manager and Staff, were here to present Hull PTO with a check for $1000.00!

-Kindness Acts being promoted

-New Intervention Program – Will need money for materials.

-Book Fair, Mrs. Parilla is setting up. Volunteers are needed.

-Basket Auction  is online it ends Feb 24 6AM.

Peg Linge volunteered to help assemble baskets for whoever needs help.

Deadline for completion of baskets is Feb 20.

-Kinder Round up Feb 27, PTO will be present.

-Preparations for Read-A-Thon underway, 1^st week of March kicks off Read Across Amercia.

-Movie Night March 7 to kick off.
