Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm by Kristen Boyd PTO President
Prinicipal's Report - Principal Cheryl Bromich
-excellent turn out for parent teacher conferences
-Spots Intervention Model
-100% awareness campaign participation for CEF

Committee Reports
-Fry's Community Partners Rewards - Dolores Linares
our organization number is 83766
-New Volunteer Committee Chair/Coordinator - Lela Khen will coordinate volunteers.
-Betsie Melter will update blog
-Shelly Warren-deadline for boxtops 9/25
-Halloween Dance Committee will meet 9/6/13 1:30 pm
New Business
-Committee Budgets
all committee chairpersons must complete new form for budget needs
-Otis Spunkmeyer - Jessy Wallace starts 9/5/13
Reading Program - Julie Grover and Shelly Warren $1500 budget approved with
ballot vote of 15 yes and 4 no.
Kona Ice - owner Dan spoke about programs to support schools. Kona ice will be present at Halloween Dance. Kona ice gives back 30% of gross sales.
-Custodial Equipment - request for $2,292.40 to purchase a new carpet extractor. Motion was made to approve purchase of equipment.
-Harkins Theatre Fundraiser - Julie Grover volunteered to lead Fundraiser
Old Business
-Ice Cream social went well, and under budget.
-Kiwi Loco and Peter Piper Pizza fundraisers checks pending
-Hull PTO approved as a 501©3 under Chandler School Boosters Inc.
